Strawberry Papaya Bowl


How cute is this super healthy bowl? Believe me it is as tasty as beautiful. Rich in antioxidants and calories burning ingredients, very quick and easy to make.


  • 1 Strawberry papaya
  • 3oz Greek Yogurt,
  • 1 kiwi
  • 4 straweberries
  • Pistachio
  • Chia Seeds
  • Honey

Preparation: 1. After washing the papaya, cut in half and remove the seeds 2. Place the yogurt onto the papaya bowl 3. Add two sliced strawberries and half of the kiwi to each bowl 4. Put as much pistachio and chia seeds on top, depends on your personal preference (You can use other nuts if you don’t have/like pistachio) 5. Last, shower you bowls with some honey on top of everything.
